Purchased a Kia K5 GT-Line from Kia of Valencia after leaving a deposit for 3 months. I started the process with Aimee, putting the deposit on the vehicle on April 15th and had the car available at the d leaving a deposit for 3 months. There was no markup and no pressure added to purchase additional services/products. I am very happy with the dealer and those I worked with. Service at this dealership is the WORST! I have taken my Niro in 7 times for the same issue with the head unit in the dash. It stops working and the screen goes black. Every time they claim I have taken my Niro in 7 times for the same issue with the head unit in the dash. It stops working and the screen goes black. Every time they claim it needs an update. I leave the dealership each time with my problem NOT FIXED! Once, they even asked me to provide them with a larger thumb drive because, they didn’t have one available. Another time they asked me if I could maybe try to install the update at home myself. The previous 4 updates didn’t work, why should I do their work? I have looked the issue up online. It’s an inherent problem that is always fixed by installing a new head unit. I have tried to call the General Manager at this store a few times and he has yet to call me back. I have even been called by one of the Service Reps and reprimanded for leaving him a less than stellar review. One of my visits I had them preform an oil change. The next day they sent me an email saying oil changes were half off that month. I called to talk to the service department who apologized and said they would be sending me a check for the difference. I have yet to see that check. Needless to say I will not be referring anyone to this dealership! More

Which you can cancel and get a partial refund for. So, I called and talked with multiple people, left messages, and suddenly no one can seem to help me. Coming from a small town in Arvin Ca, the closes Kia dealership is in Bakersfield. That dealership was charging a 3-5 thousand dollar mark up on all there cars, totally taking advantage of there custome dealership is in Bakersfield. That dealership was charging a 3-5 thousand dollar mark up on all there cars, totally taking advantage of there customers forcing them to buy F&I products on the front end of there car purchase. Call it fate or luck or even a blessing. A wonderful sales person named Daisey Medina reached out to me via video email. Where she assured me of great deal even in this crazy market. So I took the drive down there and was surprised to hear they where only charging MSRP and not a penny more. At first I was very skeptical and was waiting for the catch...but one never came. She was true to her word and I got my 2022 Kia K5 GT-line for Sticker with no added junk. And they even gave me $250 dollars to spend on accessory's. I put my 1000 dollar deposit and I'm looking forward to taking delivery in a few weeks. I'm a member of a online car buying community called YAA. YAA is a community based forum intended to educate people on how buy cars and how to find great dealerships like this one. Thank you to the dealer group that is willing to put the needs of the customer above there own.... that is called playing the long game. And shame on the dealerships that prey on there customers that don't know any better. More

She was extremely responsive, transparent, and really went the extra mile to assist us during our car buying experience. No pushiness, or being vague and took us as serious car buyers. The dealership itself was extremely clean and accommodating. Our entire car buying experience was better than expected and for this I am grateful. We highly recommend Kia of Valencia.
