Hello, We apologize the experience you encountered at our Service Department. Here at Hello KIA, we strive for customer satisfaction, and your concerns should have been addressed the first time. We understand you’re frustrated with your vehicle always needing oil topped off and that apologize for any inconvenience. In some cases, some models consume more oil than others, which may certainly be covered under the factory warranty if that’s deemed abnormal. Of course, our employees must follow all procedures and top oil to the correct capacity as well. We hope you give us another chance to get it right and get you on the road with mind at ease.
