Had an excellent experience purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler at Heller Motors!!! Jeremy (sales) and Jake (finance) were fantastic to work with. Got a great deal and they made it simple, fun and fast!!! Not a good experience here. Bought a truck that they claimed needed no work. It needed to basics which they didn't perform prior to sale....Wheels were out of balance and truck Bought a truck that they claimed needed no work. It needed to basics which they didn't perform prior to sale....Wheels were out of balance and truck was pulling to the left (needed alignment). Mind you this was a 2021, probably driven hard by previous owner. These guys aren't truthful and do not do their due diligence prior to listing a vehicle for sale. Will be taking next steps to ensure proper action is taken and issue is resolved. I tried to resolve it amicably, but they stopped responding and were of no help. More

Excellent experience buying a new Cherokee L. Trade in amount was agreed too over email with pictures and salesman and finance manager we’re excellent.
