I didn't have to have a trade in or finance with them or jump through any hoops to get the price listed on their website. I bought this vehicle over the phone and never even met Joe. I live 200 Miles away. Never the less we reviewed several vehicles and I came to a decision. I had an OTD price in minutes with no surprises. It helped that the website is navigatable and informative before I even called. The YouTube videos are awesome. Delivery was fast and friendly. This is my dealership now and I have never even seen it. I love my truck. More

Do Not trust them! They will dump there bad purchases onto you and they will say your at fault for not noticing! They will swap the vins last minute if you don't pay attention. They will sell you a car with locking lug nuts without the key and won't tell you. Than brag about saving you money to have them removed. I got lucky and both my tires blew out a week after purchase and I brought it back to them. If I brought it somewhere else I would of been charged over $700 ( there number). I could go on and on how they completely screwed me over. I was way to trusting. Don't trust them. Can't stress that enough More

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership, and from the beginning, it was nothing short of stellar service!! Ryan Cox (my salesperson) had the keys & vehicle ready to be test drive dealership, and from the beginning, it was nothing short of stellar service!! Ryan Cox (my salesperson) had the keys & vehicle ready to be test driven when I arrived!! Afterwards, he introduced me to Jake (Heller) who provided me with all the financing information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. But at no-point did they pressure me to do anything (which was well appreciated)! They always made me feel like I had the final decision on what I wanted to do (no matter what my decision was). Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle, and shortly afterwards when I had a problem with the car, not only did they service it for free, but Jake gave me a complimentary vehicle to accommodate me while it was being repaired (unbelievable)!! I drove 1hr to do business with these guys, and would do it again if I had to. I'd recommend them ANYDAY to buy a car from!
