Ordered a Bronco Sport through Mike Bigger at El Paso dealership. Had gotten quotes from 4 other Central IL dealers, and Heller’s was hundreds better than next best, About $1,500 better than worst quote dealership. Had gotten quotes from 4 other Central IL dealers, and Heller’s was hundreds better than next best, About $1,500 better than worst quote in area. Even with the production shortage problem, price was over $1,000 under sticker. When came in, no hard sell on add-on such as extended warranty. Mike spent 25-35 minutes in the car, showing wife and I all the features, and how to change settings. Will definitely buy a new vehicle through Mike again! More

Now I receive a recall on my vehicle that says in bold red print “you should park your vehicle outside and away from structures and other property immediately” because this vehicle can catch on fire with or without the ignition on! Then it says to contact your dealer regarding a rental vehicle for your personal transportation at no charge. When I called them they said that they only use loaners and that one wouldn’t be available till the end of August this is June 16th. So for 45 days. Everyone wants a sell but doesn’t want to take care of them after they get there money. Shame on you Heller! More
