I initially purchased one vehicle back in July and contacted my salesman, Jody Traylor, about making tw This was my second purchase with Heller Ford. I initially purchased one vehicle back in July and contacted my salesman, Jody Traylor, about making two more. I live 4 hours away and this was going to involve 2 eight hour round trips to get this done. Jody went out of his way, as he did before, to answer all of my questions before I headed down. When I got there Jody met me on his day off to accommodate me. We ran into a slight snag but Jody proceeded to spend the next 7 hours with me, including shuttling me on a round trip to their other store in Pontiac to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Cody, one of their F&I guys was also great in helping me though the snag. Jody even met me the next day for the second transaction, again on his day off! I buy a lot of cars and its always refreshing to find that one dealer that goes the extra mile to make me happy with my buying experience. A+++ and I will definitely be back for future purchases! Ordered a Bronco Sport through Mike Bigger at El Paso dealership. Had gotten quotes from 4 other Central IL dealers, and Heller’s was hundreds better than next best, About $1,500 better than worst quote dealership. Had gotten quotes from 4 other Central IL dealers, and Heller’s was hundreds better than next best, About $1,500 better than worst quote in area. Even with the production shortage problem, price was over $1,000 under sticker. When came in, no hard sell on add-on such as extended warranty. Mike spent 25-35 minutes in the car, showing wife and I all the features, and how to change settings. Will definitely buy a new vehicle through Mike again! More
