He observed that I was driving a Toyota product and after presenting a variety of Ford choices he showed me the vehicle I eventually purchased. I played hard to get during the negotiation but he was persistent in following up with me by phone and by email. My overall experience with Gerald was exceptional and he represented Heller Ford In a positive and thoughtful manner. I called and spoke with Rich, I inquired about two different cars one being a Dodge Avenger, and the other a Chrysler 200. They had both cars and when I got there he had them both pulled up front and different cars one being a Dodge Avenger, and the other a Chrysler 200. I only drove the Avenger because I actually knew this car was the right car for me after being test driven. The staff is great, even the finance manager is very helpful. Rich is a super guy, I told him what I expected out of a salesman and he definitely delivered to my expectations. I've dealt with Heller's for a long time, this is the third vehicle I've purchased from them. I've gone somewhere else in between and wasted my time! I will be a lifer at Heller's you can't go wrong. They work very well with you and strive to please you! If your looking for a new or used car call Heller Ford and ask for Rich Tom! He's an awesome salesman! Anytime I go there if he sees me he always greets me and asks how I'm doing. This dealership becomes your friends, won't find one like them anywhere! More

Only bad experience is with Business Mgr Garrett. My 1st bank loan was refused, even after they had checked with me by phone. Next day, with no prior conversation, I was being placed with the 2ndbank offer bank loan was refused, even after they had checked with me by phone. Next day, with no prior conversation, I was being placed with the 2ndbank offering--this was already done when I walked in to pick up my new Ford. I had already requested Mid-Illini Bank in the beginning--NO you were not using them because they were too high. I have found that is not true & that I COULD have had my loan from them. I am now placed in the position of paying $95 to change banks, if that is what I want done. More
