The only issue with the car was promptly taken care of by the service department and they even stayed late to fix the issue. We have already recommended Heller to other family members and one of them actually bought an Ford Edge from Rich making the total Heller bought Fords in the family at 4! More

We entered the showroom and asked to speak to a salesman. To our surprise, Cory Bellot walked up to us. Cory had been our salesman with a previous car purchase in Bloomington, a few years ago. We did not know he was now at Heller Ford, and from our past experience with him we were certain we were in good hands. He did not disappoint us, answering all our questions regarding the differences in the two models we were considering and was very patient while we made our decision. He is a very professional salesman who will treat every customer with the same respect and attention. Working with Cory made the car buying experience much easier. I have been contacted several times by Rich Tom salesman which sold me truck, really nice guy and offered to pay out of his own pocket which I would not accept. Problem I had was attitude of service department which Rich said that Ricky was a nice guy. Guess he was having a bad day. Since then Rich offered me remote starter at 1/2 price so I'm still out $175 but will be well worth it when it's 15 below. I wish they were more people with a Rich Tom attitude and a positive one. The survey of Quality of work and friendliness is based on Rich Tom. I recommend you ask for Rich Tom when buying a vehicle More

Just mediocre While they were of course helpful in making a sale, we have not once received a phone call to see how we are liking or disliking our vehicle. In fact, my husband left a message to be contacted about something that had to be repaired and was never returned a phone call. After their maintenance check we were told everything was great. However, when we took it to an actual Toyota dealer, they found several things that needed to be addressed and should have already been taken care of before we purchased the vehicle. We are glad we got the vehicle we wanted, but will never go through Heller Ford again. More
