I had done my research, knew the vehicle I wanted to test drive, and it was all warmed up and waiting for me. The set price was fair, it was so clean you'd never guess it was used, and the salesman, Cory, was very helpful...gave me a ride when I needed one, and a full tank of gas. The financing part was fairly painless...sure, I could have done better if I'd walked in with a pre-approved loan, but not better enough to worry about. No one tried to push undercoating or identity theft protection or life insurance, which I really appreciated. When I found out that I wouldn't be needing to drive all that much and wanted to cancel the extended warranty, they were helpful and did it (as far as I know...haven't gotten confirmation paperwork yet). The CarGurus website combs through online prices at various dealerships in an area and reports whether the offered prices are bad, fair, good, or excellent. Heller had more "excellent deal" ratings than any other dealership in the area. Even if you're not sure what kind of car you want, I feel like you could walk in there and get some good advice and information, even if you ended up buying elsewhere. I love my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium, and I love that I don't get flashbacks to a negative buying experience every time I look at the car. Thanks, Cory!
