Amazed by their customer service I am the kind of person who has always begrudgingly dealt with car dealerships. I understand both sides are trying to make the deal as advantageous a I am the kind of person who has always begrudgingly dealt with car dealerships. I understand both sides are trying to make the deal as advantageous as possible for themselves but have generally left dealerships feeling used and unappreciated; felt like my intelligence was being discounted I was being spoken down to. I had a mind-blowing experience when shopping for a used truck with Cory Bellot at Heller Ford. He had helped my girlfriend shopping for a new vehicle and she had a great experience with him so I set up a meeting to look at a used truck I saw online. As soon as we met he told me "We can take this truck out but before you decide anything I want to show you one we just took in on trade." My first thought was "uh-oh, here we go", but I was surprised to find out the truck he wanted to show me was actually less expensive, and in much better shape - he was actually HELPING ME to find a better fit for what I wanted. The experience was top-notch from then through the sale, with him even going out of his way to tackle a service concern I had shortly after buying the truck. They even replaced the brakes before I picked the truck up as a result of their own inspection, after I had already signed to buy the truck. With most dealerships I would have expected them to send the truck out the door as-is and gladly welcome me back in a couple of weeks to charge me for the brake service. Heller Ford, and Cory Bellot in particular, seem to have a refreshing new approach (which is actually a throw-back to the older approach from before my time) to being in the car sales business - treat the customer with respect and appreciation, and go out of your way to ensure customer satisfaction. I now consider myself a loyal Heller customer, and will always give them the first shot at my business moving forward based on my recent experiences. More

Good selection & price, Ross Ketcham was great to work with! The dealership had a very nice selection of used Ford Fusions and the prices were very reasonable. I was not local to the dealership area and Ross Ketcham, a salesman with Heller Ford, was extremely helpful with my all my questions and requests for information including, photos of the worst blemishes inside and out. The car appeared to be in in excellent condition based on the website photos but Ross found a few small scratches and dirty looking spots on a seat. I asked if these could be repaired and he said they would try. A few days later he sent me photos of the damaged areas which were significantly improved. When I visited the dealership and saw the car there were no surprises. The car had recently been and vacuumed and the condition was as Ross had described. Ross had copies of all of the services performed by the dealership ready for me to review (and keep when I decided to purchase the vehicle). The price of the vehicle as reasonable based on my research. I highly recommend Ross as an excellent salesman. More
Not ideal for service I was initially searching for a Ford Escape and was in touch with TJ. TJ was originally very helpful, and let me know the options that he had before I I was initially searching for a Ford Escape and was in touch with TJ. TJ was originally very helpful, and let me know the options that he had before I drove 2 hours to their dealership. TJ also got me in contact with Kris, who is Financing, who gave me alot of information on financing and rebates if I chose to purchase a new vehicle. I then decided that I wanted a Ford Edge, and TJ again was very helpful with letting me know what was available at this dealership with the options that I wanted. I picked out on Edge that I went to see last Tuesday. TJ informed me that this was a vehicle that they had just received, and had been through service and was getting detailed while I was on my way there. When I drove the car, once of the brakes seemed a little off, and TJ told us that he would have it checked out. I decided that I did want to purchase this vehicle. My boyfriend had to leave, and told TJ that the car neeed to have all rotors and brakes replaced. TJ assured us that he would have this taken care of. I waited at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours, when I was told that the vehicle was done and good to go. When I drove the car home, my boyfiend (who is a certified mechanic) noticed right away that none of the rotors or brakes had been replaced, and the only thing that had been done was the front rotors had been rotated. There was also alot of wax left inside and on the roof from being detailed. He called TJ and questioned why they did not replace everything, as he was told would be done. TJ said that he would get information and call us back the next day. The next day, we tried contacting TJ several times with no response, then finally I received a text from TJ that he no longer worked at the dealership and could not help us any further. We then contacted Heller and spoke to Jim (sales manager I assume?) who told us that they would come pick up the Edge the following Monday (this happened on Wednesday) and replace the brakes and motors, and would also re-do the detailing that was not a good job to begin with. On Saturday, my back right side brake locked up and was smoking. On Monday morning, my car was picked up and I let the guy know about the brake issue from Satruday. I was contacted Monday afternoon by Jim who told me that everything would be completed on Tuesday, and the car would be returned to me on Wednesday. On Wednesday at 11:30am, I called Jim to check on the status of the work since I hadn't heard from him, and he told me that all the work had been completed, and it was about to be detailed, and would be returned at approximately 3pm. I received a message at 1:45pm that the car was still not satisfactory, so they had ordered a part that would be delievered the next morning. At 1pm on Thursday, we were contacted that the work was almost done, but they were unsure it could be brought back in time before I got off work, but they could bring it early the next morning (Friday) I assured them that I would wait at work for the car to be brought back. We requested that Jim send a sheet detailing everything that had been replaced. When I received the car back at 5pm,I noticed right away that nothing had been detailed again, all the wax was still inside the doors, and the console and steering wheel were covered in dirty fingerprints. When I got home, my boyfriend looked at it and knew immediately that only the rear rotors & brakes had been replaced, and there is nothing anywhere in the vehicle showing the work they had done. It took FOUR days to replace 2 brakes and 2 rotors. I have not been back in contact with Jim regarding the issue, but I am very disappointed. I will not purchase a vehicle from this location again. More

The Dealership's Business Model is truly understood and followed. They just don't want to sell a one time car, but are there for the long haul, and the relationship which brings backs buyers over and over again. Would I buy another car from Heller......YES Would I tell People about Heller's Great Service......Yes If your looking for a new or used car, you owe it to yourself to check out this Dealership!!! When I started looking online I noticed that Heller Ford would pop up with the best prices and their used cars had low miles. I made a call and from the first phone call I felt like they were willing to work with me to get me in the right vehicle. Ross Ketcham is the man when it comes to customer service. He got with us when we first arrived and made us feel like family. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us a car that we really didn't want. He just made our car buying experience very relaxed and stress free. Thanks to him and Heller Ford we are now the owners of a 2013 Traverse that we are very pleased with. A very clean car with low miles for a great price. If you are looking for great service and awesome pricing, then you need to make the drive to Heller Ford and make sure you tell them you want to deal with Ross Ketcham. He is the best sales person I have dealt with. He will make your car buying experience well worth it. *FIVE STARS* More

We stopped at Heller Ford on our way to a conference and got there after closing time. Ron Kizer made us feel welcome and went out of his way to get the details on the Jeep we were interested in. We were unable to see the Jeep that night because they were putting brand new tires on it. Instead of my driving forty miles back to the dealership the next day, Ron arranged for sales associate Frank Hill to bring the Jeep to me at the conference so my husband would also be able to test drive it. I could not believe how they went out of their way to help us. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and low pressure. I love my new to me Jeep and even though they are close to 100 miles away, Heller Ford will be the first place we look the next time we are vehicle shopping. More
