He answered all my questions and made the process very easy, I ended up purchasing a 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV at a very competitive price. I came down with a trailer, loaded up my car and was on my way. I spent less than an hour at the dealership. I wanted to keep going, I had to drive 250 miles back home.
