I was not familiar with the dealership prior to my purchase, as they are about 70 miles from where I live. I found them while searching for a vehicle on an auto web site. I am glad I did. The entire process was amazing and Onie couldn't have been better to work with. Thank you Onie for an amazing experience. More

I’m convinced the sales/finance dept saw I was from Mississippi and discriminated against me or where I lived. The finance dept Kris Born and his manager Adam both called me on separate occasions needing to verify my address BEFORE they even discussed the finance terms of the vehicle. Stating they’ve had issues with out of state buyers stealing vehicles. This took me by surprise and felt like they were suspicious of me somehow because they didn’t even check my credit before asking for proof of residency and my property tax records! I have never been asked to prove where I lived when buying a vehicle. Especially before just running my credit and shopping for loans. All I wanted was to hear the current rates so I could make an informed decision. It took 2 1/2 days of me waiting and texting the salesman to speak to someone. Finally hear back that the interest rate was going to be in the mid 8’s which I thought was pretty high considering the salesman stated it should be around 6% for someone with excellent credit. Again I’m pretty sure they didn’t believe I had the funds to purchase the vehicle and was stalling me hoping I’d just go away. When I didn’t they quoted me a high interest rate. That was enough for me to realize they were playing a game. I made sure to let them know I wasn’t happy with my experience and felt like I got the run around. Adam from finance then asks if I read the reviews of the dealership in the middle of me explaining why I wasn’t pleased. Yup sure did, thanks for reminding me! For a dealership that prides themselves on their reviews and ensuring customers are satisfied not one follow up call from the salesman or the manager. This just furthers my suspicion of discrimination...Buyers beware! For context I contacted another dealership to inquire on a similar vehicle and not only did they answer all my questions immediately the manager called me without prompting them to ensure their team was successful in assisting me. Thats how you earn business. More

We bought a vehicle from heller ford. Quick sale reasonably priced. Had a bit of an issue with the hood not closing and was sent home that way.
