Heller Ford responded

Dear disappointed buyer, First of all thank you for expressing your concerns. However, there are a few facts being left out of your review that we would like to share with the general public... The vehicle in question was purchased in October, 2015 with 46,000 miles on it. When you took it to your local dealer in Indiana for the issues you mention, you did so in May 2016 with 61,000 miles. So, that means that you drove the vehicle for 7 months and 15,000 additional miles before having the problems, something an inspection would clearly not catch on a used vehicle. We take our customers and their safety seriously, so we called the Service Manager at the Ford dealership in Indiana that you took the vehicle. He told us there was no way you could have driven your vehicle for 7 months and 15,000 miles and not have noticed your particular brake concern until May, 2016. Also, we have been trying to call you to discuss this issue with no luck. If you would like to discuss this matter again, you can reach us at (309) 527-6050. We consider our reputation to be very important and wanted to make sure that anyone who read your review had access to all the facts that we had available. We wish you would have advised the general public of the actual facts (which we have documentation for) before generalizing Heller Ford as a company that doesn't care about you and your family's safety, because we really do. While no company does things perfectly 100% of the time, we try our best. We don't mind being reminded when we've done something wrong, but take offense to unfounded (serious) accusations like those contained in your review.
