ABSOLUTELY STELLAR!! Mike (Gannon) bent over backwards to help my wife and I. We had an 18 1/2 year old Mercury Mystique, and it was on it's last leg. We told Mike we wanted a safe and reliable car, and didn't want any issues in dealing with it for a while, after numerous repairs with the Mystique. Mike got right on it. He was very attentive to everything else we had to say as well. He made the sales process easy, and we understood everything he was telling us, all the way through. He had our new car ready to check over, and take for test drives. We loved it at first site. While driving, he was very helpful in explaining some of the functions on the vehicle. Not having a new car for 18 1/2 years, we weren't familiar with all the computerization. Mike gave us a very good start on understanding this new equipment. He also helped my wife set up her cell phone the next day, for hands free communication. What a thrill it is for her to have this! There was no problem with trading in our old vehicle, which is exactly what we wanted. He took it off our hands, my wife gave it a final kiss on the hood, and that was the end of it. We are, indeed, truly happy with our new car! I have a brother who has bought three vehicles off of Mike in the past, and always had a great experience. I also have another brother who has been a customer of Heller's for 4 decades, and raves about them. Mike followed up the sale a few days later with a very kind letter, thanking us. Neil Heller did so a few days after that. The letters were genuine and sincere. I consider myself a pretty good judge of people, and all actions by this dealership were exactly as I would treat a customer of mine. You get the sense they'll be there for you with any issues, and take care of them promptly. Also, they want you back, and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Steve in finance took all the time we needed to make an informed decision on extended warranties. He was not pushy in any way. He merely educated us, sat back, and let us make our own decision.
