Worth the travel time! We found the perfect Jeep online at Heller Ford's website. We submitted a credit application on the website and received a call within minutes. We arranged a time to test drive it and was happy at the availability of staff when we arrived. We had a two hour drive to get there and were pleased at the excellent customer service from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle! After our test drive we spoke with our salesman named Rich T. He was very nice and we enjoyed not having to haggle about the price. He went out of his way to find us an owners manual and even threw in some grab handles to attach to the Jeep. The finance guy was busy assisting customers so Jake Heller stepped in and was helpful at finding us the right fit in our financing needs. He was able to give us a variety of payment and rate options to choose from. The "No haggle" sales model was a perfect fit for us. The Jeep was priced very fairly and we were pleased with our purchase price. It was worth the 4 hour round trip. Our entire car buying experience was truly exceptional. We even brought our energetic 5 year old and were appreciative of the one hour car buying visit at the dealership. More
