My husband started a business last July almost a year ago. We went to Heller Ford in El Paso to get a truck for his business. He does concrete work, epoxy and painting so he needed a truck and he needed it to have four-wheel-drive so we got A 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 they sold us a bumper-to-bumper warranty on it and told us “a speaker blows or anything it’s covered”. Within days it rains and the dome light is leaking water into the cab. We call them and the warranty doesn’t cover gaskets then it literally it was one thing after another going wrong we took it out there with a bunch of lights on told them exactly what was going on and what lights are on. They had it for six weeks with zero communication. After 5 weeks we called and then said they had fixed the wheel bearing and were waiting for a part for the radiator that they had blown while driving it on the interstate. A week later we never hear back so we call and they said they are waiting on the wheel bearing that they had already previously told us was complete! Never getting back with us anytime we called we would get told they will call you back. no one would be ever call back. When we finally did get ahold of them it was like they hadn’t done anything! ALL THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON AND NOW MORE! One of those things was the ABS Module needed replaced so there was no antilock brakes system, no traction control, no 4 wheel drive, no stabilitrak system and the ABS module was “on back order” again zero communication and months later we call and are again told it is still on back order, and then we are sent to the heller ford commercial truck center and within a couple days are told the part was actually discontinued. During this last stretch we said we would bring the truck when they had the part and were actually ready to fix it. Eventually they decided to put a USED part on it and hope for the best! It has affected my husband’s business every time that they had the truck he was unable to take jobs, complete jobs that were started or would have to pay other people to finish things so his business and our family has suffered! His anxiety/stress level has been through the roof since purchasing this truck and warranty from Heller Ford! It’s already a stressful thing starting a business and starting a business where you need a truck, with 4 wheel drive a ladder rack and all of your tools and then you don’t have your truck because it’s at the shop just sitting there for weeks on end with zero communication is completely asinine! Our marriage suffered from all the stress of this he would get a job started and then they would need to take the truck back cause something would happen and then he wouldn’t be able to finish it and he would have to pay other people to finish jobs or helping transport equipment because the truck was so unreliable from the beginning! We have been told sooooo many LIES we have no idea what to believe anymore! More

Not the out come I was hoping for! After driving 80 miles to test driving a 2023 high end $60K + truck. Everything was going smooth for the walk around and test drive. It wasn’t until the car fax report was presented to me, I was informed that it had a branded title (lemon) ! I was told the problems were fixed and all was good. Except for part about I would be the one with a branded title to deal with when I traded next time They should of been upfront on the title instead of me wasting a half day and fuel! More

I live in Kansas City and so this was all done over the phone and through the Internet and there were several other dealerships, not willing to do it this way. Heck they were going to ship the car for $400. I got a great deal and I’m very happy with the professionalism that was displayed. I highly recommend this dealership, especially for older women. More
Tyler was good to work with initially then delivery kept getting pushed back for this or that once I finally got the vehicle the whole vehicle shudders any time I'm turning and there's an emissions issue. And a cracked windshield that was supposedly unnoticed. They agreed to fix the windshield but I haven't heard anything back about the other issues. Anyone who drove the vehicle, including the delivery driver, would have noticed these issues. Edit: Brought vehicle to local Ford dealer and was told $1800 worth of repairs needed. Tyler was able to help me out with some of the repairs and did a nice job. If anything it's disappointing the delivery driver didn't notice the issues in the 7 hour drive to me. Edit: Up to $2000 of repairs I've had to do in bits and pieces so I could afford them. Supposedly there was a check for $400 in the mail to help with things but that's been over a month now. They have no problem selling a vehicle with problems then lying to your face. More

Amazing experience front to back in our dealings with Heller Ford. Rich Tom listened to what my wife wanted, gave options and when one was selected he kept us informed of its arrival as she had picked o Heller Ford. We have never experienced personal service and professionalism while buying a car like we did with Rich. Dealing with finance was quick and east and the two gentlemen that delivered the car were extremely friendly. More
