Mike Masterson was our salesman. We went for a drive in a 2018 Ford Escape. The car drove very smooth and easy. We liked several of the features on the car and thought we would trade. Mike gave us the news of the cost an since it was discounted being a 2018 and having less than 200 miles we took the deal. Mike was very patient with us trying to learn all the computer gadgets and he made the trade easier for us. He is pushy but gives the facts for us Mike Masterson was an excellent salesman. More

We came--we saw--we were informed--and we bought a 2017 Edge With all the added features of today's cars--we are very hesitant to switch cars--it seems that we just get use to one and then we see the miles creep With all the added features of today's cars--we are very hesitant to switch cars--it seems that we just get use to one and then we see the miles creeping up on it and know it's time to trade. We keep a car for at least 4 years and this time even more. I use my car a lot when farming becomes a hectic pace (which happens a lot around the Lindstrom Farm)I am the main parts person and if it's not big enough for the truck--it's the car. with the big load capacity it really comes in handy. The added perk that I really like about the new car is the auto lift because it was getting harder and harder to lift the other one. We really like the color and it is a very comfortable ride. The sales person Cory had sold our son his truck and we asked for him and we are glad we did--He couldn't have been more helpful and continues to be--The paper work was a snap and Jake finished in no time--bottom line--we are very pleased and will refer family and friends to HELLER! More

Quick response Mike called me and explained the confusion, but did not make excuses. The dealership honored the deal. I purchased the truck having never seen it. It arrived exactly as advertised.
