We test drove the car, talked about what we needed to happen, did all the paper work, changed personal belongings, to new car, got a great introduction of all the new equipment. We drove back home (about 25 miles) and were sitting in insurance office at 11:00 AM. That was easy and quick. Got the price I wanted. We bought a new Taurus in May of 2018. Now a new Fusion in 2019. I have purchased many new and used vehicles from dealers and generally had good experiences, but Heller and Mike made it very easy to ultimately spec and order the exact truck I wanted. The price was also very reasonable, and definitely worth making the trip. Typically something always comes up with the vehicle or the finance part of a vehicle purchase, but there were absolutely no surprises and they were very straightforward.
