Heller Ford. NEVER AGAIN!!! This place let me down time and time again. I Bought a used 2018 F350 diesel platinum ultimate from them. Seemed to be like a great truck for a good p This place let me down time and time again. I Bought a used 2018 F350 diesel platinum ultimate from them. Seemed to be like a great truck for a good price. I drove it home and the very next day I started to have problems. A relay kept resetting over and over when driving. So there was a constant clicking in the dash as I drove. The head unit xxxx off on me half a dozen times and come to find out the positive battery cable was burnt black and the battery had melt marks on it from over heating. Called them and they came and picked it up. They gave me the run around for 2-3 days. Saying they were just going to replace the red positive cable boot that was burnt instead of fixing the problem and replacing the cable!!! Also they blamed me for the relay resetting because they said I wired up a snow plow wrong after I bought it!?! I had the truck for two days and it was middle of July!!? I had to constantly reach out to them to figure out what was going on with the truck. Finally after a week and a dozen phone calls I got them to replace all the crap that should of been looked at before they sold me the truck. Specially since they told me the mechanics go thru the trucks prior to sale which is a lie. I got so fed up with them I told them to take the truck back and give me my money. They said they could not do that and my only option was to trade it in. I bought truck for 62k and they offered me 59 after 3 days of me buying it. Unreal!!! And to top it all off. The driver that came to drop my truck off went to the wrong city and I had to wait 2 hours until they showed up to the correct spot. I called dealership and said they need to do something for all the hoops I had to go through. Such as paying my first payment or something if they ever want my business again. Was told they would call me back and this was a week ago. Beyond irritated with Heller Ford. NEVER AGAIN!! More

Responded in a timely fashion to everything and was honest throughout, very refreshing. Sales Mgr. Mike Gannon was upfront and honest about everything, also. Stepped up his offer on my trade to what I think was fair. Very personable. Jason McKeon, Business Mgr., was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and like the others, was a pleasure to deal with. Sweeter Easiest time of buying a new car I have ever had. I had an appointment with Salesman John Brown for 8:30 AM He came in on his day off. We test drove the car, talked about what we needed to happen, did all the paper work, changed personal belongings, to new car, got a great introduction of all the new equipment. We drove back home (about 25 miles) and were sitting in insurance office at 11:00 AM. That was easy and quick. Got the price I wanted. We bought a new Taurus in May of 2018. Now a new Fusion in 2019.
