Everything was great with the salesperson, but I did have two issues with the purchase. The first one was something small, and I did not notice it till I got back home. The install tape for the truck's b two issues with the purchase. The first one was something small, and I did not notice it till I got back home. The install tape for the truck's back window was left on, so I had to purchase some stuff to remove the tape and glue left from it. My main issue was the company they used to install my flatbed caused delays for over a week. They said they had all the parts to do the job, but after getting the truck from the dealership, they did not. If I had known they had to order parts, I would have just picked up the truck and got the flatbed installed locally. Instead of contacting the dealership to let me know, they did not give us any update. I had to contact the dealership asking why the truck was not ready. They finally informed the dealership when they called that they had to order parts and wait for parts to come in to complete the installation. Also, the company did not move the DEF refill system into the proper place on the flatbed that had the setup for it and instead left it just between the truck cab and headache rack behind the truck. So, I will now have to bring it somewhere else and complete the work that should have been done. I live in Louisiana and purchased a truck from Houston, TX, so it is not like I can swing by to get them to finish the work. I saw this when I picked up the truck, but I already had someone who helped me and drove four hours to bring me to Houston, so I could not just leave the vehicle there to get work finished. But like I said, I had nothing but good things for the salesperson and dealership. Maybe a little more communication, as it seemed I had to keep calling them to get any updates. It would be nice to get something, even if it is just a text every other day or so when delays happen. More
