Corey was one of the most efficient and adept service advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. He listened carefully, got me in and out as fast as possible (oil change and part) and finished u advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. Less than 24 hrs after I ordered a cracked luggage rack piece he had it in stock and called me today - that took 7 days last time. Great experience. We were very excited about purchasing a Toyota because of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the Prius and similar service relationship. We brought our Prius in for our 5,000 mile service. We had problems with service form the beginning. The manager said we were not part of the service program which we had bought with out new car. He sad the prius should not be brought in until 10,000 miles. When my wife asked him to look at the headlights because they were aimed too low, he said it was fine and it was just wrong because she was a woman. When she demanded that he look at them he said everything was fine and that he adjusted them, but he did not. We had tested the headlights at an intersection near our house before going in for service, the lights did not cross the intersection. After the service manager said he had fixed it we tested it again, the lights did not cross the intersection. This service manager was very rude and condescending to my wife. Unfortunately since the sales people were very nice we purchased the pre paid service plan and will have to deal with this service manager again. It it fortunate for Heiser that Sommers does not sell Toyota. More

Not only friendly (extremely!) but also very honest i.e. "we will have you out of here by 6:15" (for an oil change & tire rotation) and honored our reservation time of 5:30. I was impressed that Cory saw my service experience from beginning to end and stayed engaged the entire time. I went in for a simple oil change and requested extra service. Then I had to return because I noticed an oil leak. He didn't pass me off to anyone else, remembered that I had been in for service and type of service, and made sure the leak was corrected. He passed a very critical customer service benchmark in my book. More
I was a longtime service customer of another Toyota dealership in the area but after trying Heiser I haven't gone anywhere else!! The service people went out of their way to help me (I use crutches). Every one was friendly and easy to deal with.
