As a former truck mechanic, I appreciated and understood his explanation. It was a good way to build trust between the Heiser dealership staff and me as a customer. One of which was the rear windshield wiper that was working when we dropped the vehicle off, now not operational. This was not communicated to me on the phone call received earlier.
