I went in for an oil change on the fly without an appointment, and was still out in a reasonable amount of time. I did not have my oil change vouchers so Joe Pappalardo utilized the dealership rec appointment, and was still out in a reasonable amount of time. I like customer service that makes it easy to do business and finds a way to make things happen, using resources to make my experience better. The facility is comfortable and the people I meet are very customer service orientated. Even the receptionist has a great attitude. My guess is that this positive attitude comes from the top down. Went in for the 2 recalls that were required on my 2009 Toyota Camry as well as a 25000 mile inspection and oil change. Service staff diagnosed loose wire and fixed problem at no cost to me - and I got a free ca appointment to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. This dealer did offer a good price on it, lower than the prices of other Milwaukee area dealers. The desk staff is friendly. On a couple of service visits, the service performed however was not satisfactory to me. On the first occasion (an oil change) a promised car wash was not done, supposedly because there was no one around to wash the car. On the second occasion, (front end alignment),I was told that my complaint of the car veering to the right was not valid, supposedly because "the specs on your car are dead on". It stll veers to the right slightly. I did pay for the alignment service. I have driven two Camrys and two Corollas prior to this current car. I am 55 years old. I think I would have some familiarity with how Toyota cars drive. My 2007 Chrysler minivan tracks straighter on the road than this Camry. More

Service Representative Ms. Baker was outstanding. She is friendly, competent, and energetic (in the best since of the word). She pointed out a nail in one of my tires that I was totally unaware (of). My experiences had been very pleasant at your dealership. I had scheduled the 15000 maintenance and thought it was about $50. (I did this on line.) When I got there I realized the cost was more than that and had to cancel that part (our cat needed thyroid surgery and that is where we spent out money). I apologized profusely for just getting an oil change, saying I would get the maintenance package the next time I got an oil change. The assistant was very gracious and helpful. He did not make me feel bad about canceling. Also, I was getting my tires rotated BUT the wear did not warrant a change now, so that was not done. I appreciated the honesty of your staff. More
I went into the shop for auto body quotes to the roof of my Highlander that I purchased at Heiser. Guy looked at the area and took some buffing compound and buffed the problem away so that it wasn't as not my Highlander that I purchased at Heiser. This attention made me come back for a windshield replacement rather than have the "glass specialist" come to my place of employment. They even gave me a ride to work!
