Evaluate front end issue after accident I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disapp I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disappointed in the service I received. After waiting nearly two hours a service advisor came out and told me I needed new struts. I just had them replaced the week prior, and I told them that when I checked in with the vehicle. He then made me go back to the service area so someone else could explain things to me. It seemed as though no one knew what the problem was and they were guessing. They didn't even bother to take the tire off to look at things and I was charged $89 plus tax! More

Came for a 5000 maintenance. An email and car manual said the oil would be changed at 5000 miles. When car was finished and he returned keys, he said come any time for an oil change. So why couldn't it have been done then? I had a half hour drive to get there and this was a bust. More

Very helpful...honest and respectful. They let me know that my problem was covered under an extended warranty from Toyota even after the original had run out. I would have never known.
