Oil Change Even tho I drive a Chevy Equinox (Heiser West Bend is where I purchased) I have my oil changes at Heiser Toyota because they are 5 min from my home. I was tired of waiting in long lines at Woodmans for a fair priced synthetic oil change. At Heiser, I can schedule a time that works with my schedule, have the comfort of there waiting area, have a soda or coffee, and a bag of popcorn! Love their checklist and the fact that they go over my car, not just an oil change... all for the same price as a discount place. It is the only place I will go. Thanks Heiser! More

Friendly Service Joe is always a pleasure to work with. I came in for a nitrogen fill after the warning light came on for a second time. Joe throughly inspected the tire and found a leak at the valve. My truck was ready to go before I could finish my complimentary popcorn. The whole time there was less than 20 minutes and I was back on my way to work. That really made my day and leaves me confident for future visits. Thanks again Joe! More
60,000 Checkup Dana was awesome! Had oil changed and tire rotation. I have the original tires from purchase date and I expected to have to replace them, but still Dana was awesome! Had oil changed and tire rotation. I have the original tires from purchase date and I expected to have to replace them, but still in good shape so Dana recommended waiting until just before winter to replace and for a better deal. I will call her in October to arrange for new tires. More

Transmission Our 2017 Toyota Highlander’s transmission went out the day after receiving a notice from Toyota that it could be a problem. The notice was not a recal Our 2017 Toyota Highlander’s transmission went out the day after receiving a notice from Toyota that it could be a problem. The notice was not a recall and the service manager said this was because it was not a safety issue. Our transmission failed while going 65 mph on a highway and we could barely accelerate to get off the road. It was like we were in neutral. How is this not a safety issue? It was extremely dangerous. We had to call for a flatbed tow truck on a Sunday night to take it to the dealership. We left keys and a note in the night box. The next day the service department was very SLOW in getting back to us. We left many messages and after 4 hours and needing to get angry- I got through to them that I needed a loaner vehicle. After I finally talked to someone in charge I got a loaner Highlander. When picking up our vehicle, 5 days later, the service counter guy kept us waiting 15 minutes while he talked to someone on the phone- no apologies, no acknowledgement. Very rude. More
