Had to go back 3 times for brakes Brought my 2010 Prius in for stuck back right caliper 82000 miles in 2015. Was told I needed to replace both back brakes and calipers and turn the ro Brought my 2010 Prius in for stuck back right caliper 82000 miles in 2015. Was told I needed to replace both back brakes and calipers and turn the rotars. $1400. In 2017 the back right stuck again at 130000. Took it back and was charged again but not as much and sine it was on their dime this time there was "no need" to replace the left side. July 2019 right side stuck again. 150000 miles. Was told i needed only the slide pins this time, When I went to pick up the car they said they replaced the whole caliper this time. What is a whole caliper I asked. That is when I Learned of loaded and unloaded calipers. They never put on loaded calipers the first two times. I am not a mechanic when someone says they replaced the calipers I am thinking a complete unit not parts. When I brought this to the service Managers (Joe's) attention he said it is less expensive to only replace the caliper if the slides are working and vis versa. Pairing new arts with old parts on brakes scares me. I took it to my local independent mechanic prior to taking it in the 3rd time and he ordered the part to show me exactly what they did. Saying to me that he would never put in an unloaded caliper. When I persisted Joe said and I quote " Its fixed now". I went over his head and eventually got the left side replaced with a new loaded caliper also. Do not trust these people. I would never take a car their for service. You are treated as in income source not as a human being. More
Repaired, mostly as I would expect Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was comp Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was completely moved and for whatever reason my head lights were turned from auto to the off position when I picked the vehicle up. Neither are a huge deal but they should not have been messed with during the repair of the strut. More
Poor Quality Control Normally I have had good experiences with the service department but on this last visit they failed to put the oil cap back on. When I discovered what had happened I had oil everywhere including my garage floor and driveway. They cleaned the car but apparently they have no intention of doing anything about the mess in my garage. I was told that management would be in touch with me and I have yet to hear from them! Things happen but when it is due to their error you expect to be made whole and right now I am not. More

Service I could not schedule to have my tires rotated and oil change as I never knew when I would have the time due to family matters with a mom in hospice ca I could not schedule to have my tires rotated and oil change as I never knew when I would have the time due to family matters with a mom in hospice care so I drove in at 7am and Heiser took care of me and I was on my way in less than an hour, AWESOME and I thank you More
