Positive Experience The visit was one for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I reported some noises coming from the suspension - or exhaust mounting hardware. Mechanic's analysis showed a need for new front struts. Not a pleasant surprise - but it was well handled to my complete satisfaction. My Service Adviser was outstanding in his courtesy, knowledge, and all around attitude. Also visited the Parts Department to get some new wiper blades. That netted to very helpful staff members.
