Disappointed Had sienna diagnosed due to it not running and majority of lights came on when engine is turn on. They confirmed blown fuse and replaced it. Pickup ca Had sienna diagnosed due to it not running and majority of lights came on when engine is turn on. They confirmed blown fuse and replaced it. Pickup car and tested everything. Found that the power lift gate wasn't functioning correctly. The lift gate won't open when pressing the button on the tail gate. It does open using the keyfob and button inside the car. I asked the rep to take a look at and he said its a different issue and would need to charge me. I told him everything function correctly before this incident. He response was .... well how do we know it wasn't working before. Sad to say but this is not what i expected for being a loyal customer. Will no longer have any of my cars service there and for sure will not buy any car from there. More

horrible service bought a used certified rav 4 1year ago from heiser. first off they tried to sell it with xxxx tires which were changed out! then had troubles with on bought a used certified rav 4 1year ago from heiser. first off they tried to sell it with xxxx tires which were changed out! then had troubles with one tire leaking air for a year every time went back they checked it out over three occasions. Every time said it was fine even had it hydrotest the tire. Well after a year on the next service was told the tire sensors was stripped and leaking. Wanted me to pay 220$ for new sensors. xxxxxxxx! At the end of the day sensor was replaced for free. stay away from heiser just out for your moneyand not customer service. not very trustworthy service department More
