I believe the scheduler was named Sarah and she was very pleasant. My service associate was Chue and he was very helpful and answered my questions. More

The service staff are not pushy with sales which I appreciate, I’m not going in for an oil change to feel pressured about other items. Frankly I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy or for service. M family is on car #3 from heiser Toyota and we will remain customers as long as the service and comfort at heiser stay in place. We only buy from Roger. He’s friendly, personable, and easy to work with. More
Routine Maintenance I took my Prius in for its routine maintenance and at the same time to have an annoying situation checked out if possible. Both Bob and Roger were I took my Prius in for its routine maintenance and at the same time to have an annoying situation checked out if possible. Both Bob and Roger were able to figure out what was causing the problem by working together and being able to duplicate so that they were able to find the "fix" for it--which was a very simple one and only affecting the navigation system itself. I feel confident that should it happen again, it is nothing major and I can bring it back and they will continue to work to find whatever else might be causing it. More

In all of my years I never had a service adviser (that would be you Chue Lee) t Live learn and never take your vehicle into Heiser Toyota for service. In all of my years I never had a service adviser (that would be you Chue Lee) tell me I’m done with you and walk away. He has a real hard time listening to a paying customer. Oh he understood I had this problem before I told him, this will fix it he says $220 that turned into $302 All fixed right? Nope then the other leak appears and just to look at it another $375 not even fixing it. If I treated customers like this I wouldn’t be working, just walk away Chue. This is my first review and don’t really like doing it but I got ripped off and I don’t want others to be taken advantage of either. The car smells like burning oil even more now than when I took it in, I am guessing the degreasing part was a lie too. I don’t want to go on and on but I could. People beware; don’t get treated like I did take it to a place that will listen and are trustworthy. The $5 car wash stapled to the receipt is waste, I’m never going back. More
