I have had all of my service done at Heiser since buying my car new in 2015. I will not be going back. The Service Department gave my car back with the check engine light on. It was obvious that no one drov my car new in 2015. I will not be going back. The Service Department gave my car back with the check engine light on. It was obvious that no one drove the car after the new brakes were installed because they would (should) have seen this. I asked for my car to be checked over since service lights were on but this wasnt done. The serviceman who initially helped me was rude when I asked about this. Gruff. The work done was nearly $1000 but regardless of the amount of work they should not treat any customer at anytime without respect and a service mindset. Customer care service at Heiser has decreased and they've lost my business. More
I paid to have tires rotated. When I got home I checked the tire pressure and they were 32, 30, 34 and 35. Additionally I looked closely and noticed the dirt on the lug nuts was not disturbed at all.
