Heiser Toyota - Service Center

I am dissatisfied that I am charged an inspection fee each time I bring my car in. The 1st appointment inspection fee was charged and I was told all things that needed to be fixed. At the moment I didn’t have the funds to fix everything so I did a few repairs then brought the car back in for the remaining repairs. When I brought the car back in and said I’m fixing xyz that was recommended the first time, they charged ANOTHER inspection fee. This time although there was a sound coming from the muffler/exhaust they didn’t bother to check that. They just fixed what I requested then said “oh it’s still making a sound, not sure what it is” WELL WHY WAS I CHARGED AN INSPECTION FEE IF YOU WEREN’T going to fully inspect the vehicle. I had the power steering leak fixed, and a few months later I’m being told it’s still leaking! RIDICULOUS, very unsatisfied with the service I received! More
