The service was fine, but what annoyed me was the soliciting for a good rating or his pay would get docked. I voiced my displeasure with the “3 free service visits” that I received with my certif soliciting for a good rating or his pay would get docked. I voiced my displeasure with the “3 free service visits” that I received with my certified car purchase. When I purchased the car, I was lead to believe that meant 3 oil changes. It turns out that meant 1 oil change and 2 tire rotations. Apparently it was a typical misleading sales tactic. When I mentioned that, the service agent apologized and said that the service department is not part of that, so I should rate them on their performance. While I understand that, it also comes across like “I don’t really care, that wasn’t my fault”. It should be viewed as the Heiser team as a whole, and quite honestly, that was a strike in my book. I was also frustrated that nobody told me that I would be getting a service light at 5k miles from the last change and that it was for tire rotation, and that oil change wasn’t needed until 10k. I found that out when I got there, which was disappointing. More

Though I was warned it would take an hour to 90 mins, it felt like it took forever. It didnt seem like they were working fast pace and the fact that I had an appointment for an oil change they didn't seem t felt like it took forever. I got sent home with a list of services I should get done, they never talked about it with me. Thankfully I know a few mechanics so they will explain it to me. I also am not sure why I needed synthetic in my car but thats what they charged me for and they put in there. I was not expecting to walk out of there with a 100 oil change but I guess that is what it is now. None of this was the techs fault, they are not at the front. It did seem like the whole area was in a cluster when I was there waiting too. More
