I went in for an oil change was told 30 to 60 minutes after 2 hours I went to check on my car, service person told me they lost my paperwork my coupon and forgot about my appointment told me it would be after 2 hours I went to check on my car, service person told me they lost my paperwork my coupon and forgot about my appointment told me it would be 20 more minutes and they would get my car done waited another hour had to wait 3 hours for an oil change!
