I have been going to Heiser Toyota for many years and normally would consistently rate my service experience 5 stars. I believe I may have had an inexperienced service manager this time, which led to th normally would consistently rate my service experience 5 stars. I believe I may have had an inexperienced service manager this time, which led to the lower rating. He was confused when looking up my vehicle in the computer, telling me I had no complementary service visits left despite having only 15,000 miles on my car. I kept saying this didn’t make sense to me and then he discovered he had the wrong VIN number. So it was good that the problem was resolved, but then when my service was complete, he did not issue me any paperwork because he said he wanted to get me on my way. I realized when I got in my car that I didn’t get my free car wash code, but didn’t take the time to go back inside at that point. More
So far the best Toyota dealership I’ve been to around the Milwaukee area. I live down in South Milwaukee but will always make the trip to Heiser because of their excellent service compared to the other Toyot Milwaukee area. Very happy with Heiser service department. Never have a problem and they provide quality service. However, the dealer rating service is very annoying when you ask for a password.
