Heiser Toyota - Service Center

The last 2 times I took my car here my car was completed for over a half hour before they let me know it was done. When I walked into the office to ask what was going on, on both occasions I was told "I was for over a half hour before they let me know it was done. An hour and a half to do an oil change and alignment seems excessive, especially when scheduling the first appointment in the morning. The last time I was here the advisor was also going to charge me for my oil change even though I had purchased a package that included oil changes. There is very little urgency from anyone on the front end of the service department. More

They say they were busy but idk. Came for oil change. 1 hr and 30 minutes later, they were done. I got to my car and it was blazing hot inside so I know for a fact they finished the Came for oil change. 1 hr and 30 minutes later, they were done.
