There was no haggling back and forth. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5, was that we came back the next business day for my wife to drive, and purchase the car. Granted there was a chance we wouldn't purchase, but we'd have thought the car would have been prepped. So we needed to wait for that and then wait to meet with the financial person to sign all the paperwork. No issues with Al, he was great to work with. We were just not anticipating that it'd be a 4 hour appointment. More

I went into the showroom and met a salesperson named Andrew Mamayek. Andrew Did a fine job showing me new automobiles and giving me the inside on how the cars were made. As we got into negotiating Andrew Was great in helping me get a good deal on the new vehicle and for my trade in. Shahat Mohamed, our finance person also helped on closing the deal since he was my salesperson with previous purchases. I have purchased 7 vehicles in the last 9 years at Heiser Toyota and this by far has been my best purchase to date! Low expectations, surprising results I almost didn't stop in at Heiser Toyota because I wasn't particularly looking for any of the available models. I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least I almost didn't stop in at Heiser Toyota because I wasn't particularly looking for any of the available models. I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least ask what they had since it was raining and I could surely get in and out quickly. I'm a skeptical person and know better than to trust a car salesman but within minutes of speaking with Becky Herbel, I knew I was talking to the person who would sell me my next vehicle. I explained my needs and she found me the perfect vehicle for a fair price and worked with me over the next couple of weeks to get all of the details taken care of (via email because I'm not much of a talker). Usually I would feel stressed out over such a big purchase but she really eased the tension and made the process as smooth as possible. After talking to Becky that first day, I was planning to purchase the car but wanted to test drive a few others at competing dealerships before making the final decision. The other cars I drove and the associates I worked with didn't come close to comparing the car Becky found for me or the comfort level I felt with her. I will definitely be recommending her to friends. More
