As expected. Service as expected for 6 mth Toyota Care (tire rotation) and check up. Found that a Software Update was needed so left the car for an extra hour to Service as expected for 6 mth Toyota Care (tire rotation) and check up. Found that a Software Update was needed so left the car for an extra hour to have it installed. Received a free shuttle ride home instead waiting the 2 hour total. Shuttle was timely and friendly. Called when ready for pick-up. I could have opted for a free return shuttle ride but since I live so close I just had my wife take me. Used my free Car Wash coupon received for having service while I was there. No wait so in and out in less than 10 minutes. More

James, my salesperson, was absolutely the best, very personable and helpful. I can't say enough good about James and all the staff. They worked with me on the sell price, and I drove away with an excellent car. I've had my pre-owned Prius C over a week now, and absolutely love it! More
