Scheduled for an appointment at 7:30am...they never looked at my truck until after lunch. Then said it would be at least a 5 hr repair. This should have all been done at 730am. I was able to bring my Truck in on short notice without an appt and get it fixed within 24 hrs. The service writer was very helpful. He had got the major repair done and also got a sensor replaced that the an appt and get it fixed within 24 hrs. The service writer was very helpful.
