I went ahead and had the antenna replaced at another repair shop. They confirmed in advance that they had the part and saved me $150 in the process. The also offered me a loaner so they could keep my car for the day in order to sneak it into their fully scheduled day and allow me to go to work. I would give them a 10/10 for customer service!

I had oil change and tire rotation done. Immediate saw dirty oil scuff shoe marks at driver door. Leaking oil, went back, they had stripped oil pan drain hole. (Puddle on my garage floor). More
