I had oil change and tire rotation done. Immediate saw dirty oil scuff shoe marks at driver door. Leaking oil, went back, they had stripped oil pan drain hole. (Puddle on my garage floor). Immediate saw dirty oil scuff shoe marks at driver door. Leaking oil, went back, they had stripped oil pan drain hole. (Puddle on my garage floor). They put in a new pan, but it was 3 hours. (At least they covered that mistake) I did brake pads myself, they had stripped 10 of the lug nuts. Had to buy them after having to struggle to get them off. Invoice implies they work on all makes but obviously don’t know about Toyotas or haven’t been trained on them. More
I hate giving a negative review but since I keep getting texts to give a review here it goes. I've always had good service here when working with Mike, but the last 2 times I've brought my car in and had to texts to give a review here it goes. I've always had good service here when working with Mike, but the last 2 times I've brought my car in and had to deal with Megan I haven't had good results. The latest visit was a disaster. Not only was I witness to an elderly man falling in the service area to which Megan did nothing except to say "that happens sometimes", as the gentleman had a huge unicorn horn growing on his head from the impact. She never even asked if he was ok. Myself and another customer were concerned and repeatedly asked him if he was ok and tried finding him a chair. I understand wanting to do your job, but your job is customer service and all that implies. The issue with my car was not resolved and when I asked for a good explanation I was told that the vibration from breaking was due to poor road conditions more than likely. (not likely since I've been on newly paved roads and it still happens, which I told her) She suggested and that I should find a Ford dealership that works on Fords. I was standing right next to a sign that states "All makes and models serviced here" as she told me this. I've always drove out of my way to come for service here, but I guess I'll go to a Ford dealership out in my area in the future. Kind of bummed since I've always liked coming in to say hi. I'd still recommend this dealership to people, but would steer them clear of Megan. Sorry, that's just how I feel. More
