Mike C was very kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better service man. Both times I used the shuttle system and I had Danny one time and George another time. Both Danny and George were great to talk to and offered to take me for other errands if I needed so. I enjoyed being driven home and picked up by them. Lastly the pricing and the service was better than others I reached out to. Mike even complemented how good my 2010 traverse looked lol. If I need more service done this will be the place I go to. I had a horrible body shop experience. They had my vehicle for four days and did nothing. No communication - not a word. I had to chase down the manager (who didn't return any of my calls) They had my vehicle for four days and did nothing. No communication - not a word. I had to chase down the manager (who didn't return any of my calls). He promised two different days of completion and failed to meet both. I had to beg to get my vehicle back. Did I mention I also reached out to the GM who didn't not return either call? My husband finally got ahold of Andy at 4pm on Friday, 11/11. This is the second time the body shop failed. I will not return to this location. More
