Chose Heiser since it was a dealer versus local mechanic. Was given appointment July 5, dropped Cruze off night of 4th, no communication on service till I had to visit dealer on 7th, very frustrating. Keith called on Tuesday with what needed to be serviced. Stated it would be done most likely Thursday 7/13. Again no communication when vehicle would be ready until I called Monday 7/17, when Keith stated oh it’s ready, very discouraged. Picked up vehicle that Monday afternoon, and on Wednesday the 19th was traveling on 92nd street, the vehicle completely shut down putting in distress in middle of road. Had to have local residents push me into cvs parking lot. Called Keith and he ordered tow plus Jerry picked me up and returned myself to my residence. Keith called me Thursday 7/20 to alarm me vehicle needed additional service in the tune of $1800 additional, after already paying $1600 for original service. Not very happy at all with the service I was provided. Heiser put myself and family is danger being shut down in middle of traffic. Will never tell anybody to utilize Heiser service. More

Requested a ride home and to be picked up and brought back to the dealership. Neither ride happened. Almost 3 hours out of my day waiting for non existent shuttle. Customer service has been going downhill for a while. While we were there getting an oil change, I asked for a courtesy ride home, the guy never came to get me to take me home. My husband came to pick me up and stayed until the car was done. While he was paying for the service, he asked the man behind the desk about the coupons Heiser used to send to our house and he was told, "Sir, this is 2023, go to your email and see them there, they email them now, maybe look in your spam account!" (I looked at my previous emails and there were no coupons and nothing in my spam account). He was very rude and insulting as earlier in 2023 we were mailed coupons through the mail but have not gotten one since our last oil change. We will be looking for an alternative business to receive our oil changes from here on in. We did buy our vehicle new in 2016 and the vehicle has been wonderful. Customer service continues to go downhill and each time we go in for service, it gets worse and worse. If I was allowed to give zero stars, I would certainly do that. Customer service should not insult your loyal customers. More
