Everyone that worked here acted like it was their first day on the job, nobody was outright rude, but nobody could answer basic questions about pricing, length of time for repairs or inspection, or just ot day on the job, nobody was outright rude, but nobody could answer basic questions about pricing, length of time for repairs or inspection, or just other general questions. When I was given my quote, the receptionist laughed and said that they forgot to add my brake repairs to the quote- I came in for engine service and my quote was for over $3k, I find it wildly inappropriate to try and tack on extra repairs as it is, but to do so when the cost is already going to be significant, is just blatantly disrespectful to the customer. When I had work completed, I needed to return within 20 min of leaving the lot because somehow their repairs made my car worse. When I returned, I was told I needed to wait because the person who answered my call was busy and the other recptionist refused to help out, then they tried to rush me out the door and send me home with no time frame on how long the 2nd set of repairs would take, when the car was fixed the 2nd time, I was given zero information on what happened, I was just handed my keys and the employee walked away. I brought my car in for what I thought was going to be a 30 minute diagnostic check and it turned out to be a hour and a half wait. I also received estimate on battery cable, front ball joints, front and back pads and rotors, front ball joints and control arm bushing that l did not ask about. I was late for another appointment.If I had been told it was going to take that long,I would have dropped it off. Incidentially, I got another estimate for less than a third of your estimated price.In my opinion you failed me. More

Horrible service. Diagnostics and workmanship was terrible. Customer service was also lousy. My brake pedal position sensor was installed incorrectly. Never returned my parts which I requested when I dropped my vehicle off. I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt to Heiser Chevrolet with supposedly “ASE” certified mechanics to get my brake lights fixed, and I got charged for “absolutely” nothing. I was fooled because I thought my vehicle problem could be corrected at a Chevrolet dealership. I will let people know my situation through social media. I don’t want my lousy experience happen to someone else. I want a full 100% of my money refunded immediately. More
After almost 3 years of ownership… You realize that mechanical things will break. How old the service department treats, its customers determines whether he will buy another vehicle, or not again fr mechanical things will break. Does not do a thorough job to check things out, especially when vehicle is under warranty. I paid for a tire pressure sensor that does not work. I came back in immediately to say it wasn’t working especially when vehicle is under warranty. I paid for a tire pressure sensor that does not work. I don’t have a lot of time to bring my vehicle and either wait for 2 hours or not have a vehicle to get to work with. Keith at West Allis is pleasant enough but the staff seems to be inexperienced. Sticker for next oil change does no show correct date. More
