This dealership used aftermarket parts on my car but told my insurance company that they would be using Lincoln parts. The collision center denied it. I came back three times with regards to the hood until t my insurance company that they would be using Lincoln parts. The collision center denied it. I came back three times with regards to the hood until the general manager took over and they finally replaced the hood .They gave false information to Carfax regarding odometer reading. The general manager never called me back after replacing the fake hood with a Lincoln car hood. I called for days on end trying to report my odometer reading, They denied giving the wrong odometer reading to Carfax until Carfax sent a email and informed me that they indeed receive the odometer reading information from Heiser Chevrolet. Heiser Chevrolet had added on 50,000 miles more than what my SUV odometer stated, my odometer read 41,000 miles they heiser Chevrolet said I had 91,000 miles. I spent with them $16,000 for repairs and it was just a fiasco from start to finish. The folks and Collision Centet was very hostile and spoke with me very abrasive Lee and moments I am afraid to drive the car and I informed Collision Centet that I was afraid to drive it so I don’t know what they may or may not have done to it. I don’t find them to be trustworthy at all. More

I came in about my alternator, which killed my battery. I wasn't able to pick up right away as being on vacation. When I did come to pick up my vehicle my battery/car wouldn't start.
