I was pretty disappointed at first, because I had a scheduled appointment and I brought my vehicle in that day and it was there for 3 hours to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it and I would nee scheduled appointment and I brought my vehicle in that day and it was there for 3 hours to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it and I would need to pick it up. After rescheduling Keith did everything possible to rectify the situation and fixed the issue. He communicated with me every step of the way which is why I still gave 5 stars. I understand things happen so grace is needed in those situations. More

I brought it in 3 months ago to fix a check engine light and paid a diagnostic fee, but they did not correct the issue. Since then I have brought it in 4 more times and have paid over $1400 dollars and they and paid a diagnostic fee, but they did not correct the issue. Since then I have brought it in 4 more times and have paid over $1400 dollars and they have still not fixed the original issue. I am now on a wait list for a loaner to bring it in a 6th time. More
