I was quoted $2500 to fix my back up sensor. I went to another location, and they were appalled by this quote. They fixed everything for $250. They also said it was the wrong sensor listed on the diagnostic. I asked Chevy if they just ran a diagnostic through a machine or actually took off the bumper to look. She was condescending and said “of course my technicians looked it at it.” Obviously they didn’t, because it turned out that my the middle sensor was physically busted, and needed a $150 piece to fix it, not my left sensor like they reported. I also got a quote for the other $4500 of repairs that needed to be done, and another Chevy quoted $1900. Scammers. More
When I showed up for my appointment I was informed that weren’t accepting appointments because their system was down. There was no apology given, instead I was told I could call later and maybe they would weren’t accepting appointments because their system was down. Maybe if your system goes down, when it comes back up you call the people that were inconvenienced and let them know if they can come back that day if there is room. When I stopped by later that afternoon all the employees were standing around doing nothing, the system was back up, and they had no cars to work on. I guess calling to ask if I was available to come back was beyond the customer service they would want to offer. Responded to an email from Cindy the service manager and I asked for a call to discuss my experience and I received no response. Doubt I’ll be back. More
I have brought my car in for oil changes and charged different rates each time. The most recent oil change I had a low tire rear passenger. Tires were filled and no issues discovered. Few weeks after the same rear passenger tire was low again. A nail causing a slow leak was discovered. This means my tires were not rotated and they didn't find the reason for the low tire the first time. I do not trust this dealership. More
