I had a negative experience there. Not only will I not be coming back unless things are made right, but I will not be buying Chevy. When I had my appointment for Wednesday December 4th at 1pm to drop off my car, I was told directly that I would be called before end of day on what the mechanic finds. I was not called that day. When I called the next morning to inquire, I was told my car hadn’t even been looked at, and they will “try” to get around to it that day. I expressed my disappointment as it is a headache enough figuring out how to coordinate rides without a vehicle, and I expected this business to follow up on what they said in contacting me the same day I had the appointment. Additionally, I am not satisfied in the least with how you handle warranty coverage. The turbo is covered under warranty, and I even checked with another Chevy dealer that there are parts, including the turbo oil feed line, that fall under that warranty. And yet, your company found a way to just take money from a customer without helping one bit by lying about it not being under warranty. (Attached is proof that the turbo oil feed line is covered under warranty and that it should have been replaced at no cost to customer, and I will be speaking with GM about this). Not only will I be giving my honest opinion in the GM survey, but I will also be writing online reviews. If you cared about your customers, you would absolutely be doing everything you can to make sure these cheap, plastic pieces that turbo cars are made of would be getting repaired under warranty, since that is why there is a warranty for the turbo in the first place. If you would like to keep my business and make this right, you can replace this turbo oil feed line per the warranty, otherwise, consider this the conclusion of our business. More

Took 3 weeks to get vehicle back for simple repairs. Non responsive to calls. Reported issues to general manager who acted less than helpful. Very clean work area. The staff was friendly. I do think labor was a bit much for what l needed. I did not have a service error code. But still needed to pay $100.00 and a The staff was friendly. The gear would not show in park. I do feel l was scammed in a way. I was told they need to error display on my dashboard. If that is true why the $200.00 charge. You might of replaced the part and gave quality service, but l feel like l was scammed in a way. I picked your place of service because your company supports the community. I just left uneasy and a feeling mistrust, sorry just how l feel. You are not bed people l just think bad processes. Hope this feedback helps, not mad just uncertain about coming back. Thanks More

I recently brought my GMC terrain to be looked at because the check engine light was on. The Service department here is horrible. I had a 7:30 AM appointment, I dropped off my vehicle the previous day. I tho the check engine light was on. The Service department here is horrible. I had a 7:30 AM appointment, I dropped off my vehicle the previous day. I thought by noon, I would hear an answer what was wrong with my car. I tried calling about 1:00P.M. And the person answering just kept putting me on another call and re-answering the phone. This went on for a half an hour. I tried a couple more times with no luck getting through to talking to the service department. Finally about 4:00P.M. The service person Called me back and kept saying everyone here is new, I’ve only been here six weeks, There is issues with our system. I was so upset with the poor communication, I just had them change my oil and I went and picked my car up the following day, To schedule at another dealership to have my car fixed. When I went to the dealership to pick up, They couldn’t even accept my payment because their system wasn’t working. They took me to a different cashier, where the tech had to leave Into another department because the tech did something wrong on there end. My bill was $362 For an oil change and for them to look at my car, which I was told it would only be $200. At this point, I didn’t even want to argue with them. I just wanted to get out of there. I always had good service at many other Chevy dealers. I just moved near this location, I will need to buy a new vehicle next year, as well as two vehicles for my daughters turning age in the next couple years. They definitely did not win my business. I will not go back. More
I told the dealer I couldn’t pick up my car until later, they mentioned they would put my keys in the box to be picked up by 8pm I said perfect. I rushed back and got there at 7:45pm was knocking on the door and they ignored me. Finally someone let me in and they mentioned they closed early - yet they told me before 8pm. Took them forever to be able to find my keys and it was not a good experience. More
