Repaired front end suspension Went for oil change and tire rotation. They saw cracks in front control arm parts and fixed those too. All under warranty. What happened this time? I was very disappointed this time for oil change and tire rotation. I checked my tire pressure when I was about to leave the lot and it was 37 to 3 I was very disappointed this time for oil change and tire rotation. I checked my tire pressure when I was about to leave the lot and it was 37 to 38. I drove back to service and told them I wanted 35 PSI (Nitrogen), They said to have a seat in the waiting room and they would take care of it (a different service man). Shortly they told me it was done. I drove off and when I got back to Cudahy 16 miles away, I discovered they were still at 37 to 38. Now I have to go back and have the tires checked again. How stupid of me to think it wasn't even done. I'm not happy about this but still gave a good rating. More

I recently had some brake work done on my 2008 Avalanche. Shortly afterwords, I experienced some brake issues. I called Mike, he had the vehicle towed back to Heiser and they replaced a defective caliper. They also replaced a gas tank strap at no charge. Mike has a commitment to excellence, total customer satisfaction and consistently strives to exceed his customers service expectations. This is why I have been coming back to Heiser for 11-years. I brought my car in for oil change April 8th. I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my car in for oil change and no more than 20 hours later I blow a hose which they didn't see the day I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my car in for oil change and no more than 20 hours later I blow a hose which they didn't see the day before. I never had a problem with my car until the day after they did an oil change. I questioned it and a service manager said my technicians aren't certified to take hoses apart. I asked then how are they gonna fix it. It took them less than 4 minutes to find that hose that was bulging and broke. More
