Replaced engine They did a good job putting my engine in but because my service rep is my daughter they had to be influenced by my daughter to get it done. Got my Car on Friday 7/3/2015 try my a/c on Saturday didn't work told my service representative she made a appointment for me on Monday had it fixed. Heiser Chevy preform up and beyond my expectations. I would tell everyone about my experience that they have any trouble with their car go there. More
Excellent customer service!! I recently had some major issues with my brakes and made an emergency stop at Heiser Chevrolet. I was greeted by two very nice sales associates that were very kind in my stressful situation and got me hooked up with the service department. Heiser rocks I have always had nothing but positive feedback for all the work done on my car. Hopefully, I'm done with my issues now and I won't have to see y'all for awhile. Great! I came to the dealer from a bad situation with a previous mechanic and I could not have been more thankful for the job that they did! Outstanding Friendly Service We have had such a wonderful experience with all involved at Heiser they made us feel like family. We had a service issue with our car that started over a year ago. We had this issue fixed we thought & the issue came up again a few months later. Heiser & GM tried diligently to fix the problem with the car. We worked with Quinn, Dan & Brian. After many hours of hard work & thought into this problem they were always considerate to us even when we got so discouraged & frustrated because they could not figure out how to fix this issue. GM made a decision this was not fixable and offered to buy back the vehicle. We took the offer & purchased another vehicle. This was a three month process from beginning of trying to fix it to the repurchase, to buying a new vehicle. We have never worked with such caring people in our life. We could not have asked for better service & people to work with. We are very very HAPPY in the end, More

The times table for getting the work done was off by over a week. Did not call with a status report after saying there would be one. Estimate was off so the job ended up costing more money out of my pocket.Did not do what I asked did something other then what I asked at a level that was not satisfactory. When picking up the truck and voicing my displeasure of what was not done and what was done I received a condescending response. Mike is a friendly and helpful person. He was all alone and things were a bit hectic but he took care of everyone. He answered all my questions, even ones I thought were "dumb". When the car was ready, I paid the cashier and was told it was parked outside. It was raining very hard and Mike arranged to bring the car back in the garage, so I would stay dry. I really appeciated the extra service. I have been a Heiser customer for years and always recommed it to my friends. They have honest sales people, a helpful manager and finance people and a great service department. More
