Mike Catanese has been my service consultant for the past 11-years and has always excelled in his role and has always exceeded my service expectations Mike Catanese has been my service consultant for the past 11-years and has always excelled in his role and has always exceeded my service expectations. I recently had some brake work done on my 2008 Avalanche. Shortly afterwords, I experienced some brake issues. I called Mike, he had the vehicle towed back to Heiser and they replaced a defective caliper. They also replaced a gas tank strap at no charge. Mike has a commitment to excellence, total customer satisfaction and consistently strives to exceed his customers service expectations. This is why I have been coming back to Heiser for 11-years. Thank you Mike...keep up the great work!!! More

I brought my car in for oil change April 8th. I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my car in for oil change and no more than 20 hours later I blow a hose which they didn't see the day I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my car in for oil change and no more than 20 hours later I blow a hose which they didn't see the day before. I never had a problem with my car until the day after they did an oil change. I questioned it and a service manager said my technicians aren't certified to take hoses apart. I asked then how are they gonna fix it. It took them less than 4 minutes to find that hose that was bulging and broke. More

When the car was unexpectedly totaled and I was emotional, the caring and understanding they offered were a welcome personal touch. They offered to help me clean out the car, bring me a bottle of water etc. and they worked extra hard so I could take my shift knob with me as a keepsake. They made a very difficult experience tolerable and were reassuring that everything will work out for the best (which it has!). More

false promises, bad shuttle service, unorganized Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I needed to leave for work by 3:10pm, giving myself over 6 hours time for the repair. I told the service rep who was organizing the shuttle rides that I just needed to be back by 3, he assured me that was fine. 2:30 rolls along and I call them to see if we were on track in case I needed to arrange for a carpool with a coworker, again I was assured it would be fine and the driver would be leaving shortly. Received a call at 2:48 saying the driver was leaving in 2 minutes. Well, cutting it close here, I live 12 minutes from the service center, but I would be alright still. Once the driver got to my house at 3:05 I was told we needed to pick up another passenger. I told him I was gonna be late now and his reply was "Uh-Oh". That's it. Get to the service center at 3:46, received a "thank you for your patience" and my bill. Now I'm out a half hour pay, received an attendance point, and am ineligible for our quarterly perfect attendance bonus. I could have set up a carpool easily but didn't bother to because I was told I would get back in time, thanks a lot Heiser, great customer service. More

Rust under paint, paint peeling off. In Janurary (2013) they put a new quarter panel on my 2011 Silverado ( which I bought new there ) and painted it. Now the paint is peeling off by the In Janurary (2013) they put a new quarter panel on my 2011 Silverado ( which I bought new there ) and painted it. Now the paint is peeling off by the right rear wheel well, there is rust under the paint. They told me that it wasn't due to poor workmanship, but I don't think it was prepped right. They also told me it could be from salt on the roads. I only have 37300 miles on the truck. I took it to another body shop for an estimate and they said it wasn't primed before being painted. I would recommend the dealership, they did my service work. I would not recommend the body shop because they don't stand behind their work. Now it's going to cost me another $300.00 to fix it. More

Horrible. Came in for an oil change. Everything was good. Mike was great like always. Same Old lady like always was in the office but as alone and took her five Came in for an oil change. Everything was good. Mike was great like always. Same Old lady like always was in the office but as alone and took her five minutes of eating her popcorn to realize I was there. Tries to pay for my work and she has to dig through a stack of papers on the printer before even finding mine. Muttering under her breath. Looked around for a manager couldn't find one. More

Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis made me feel like a king! Dan #1, the customer service agent whom I called and met the next day in the morning was supreme in his customer service professionalism. He answered every question I asked to more than my satisfaction. Nick in the parts department was the one who, because of his pleasant manner over the phone and through email, was responsible for me first going to Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis, WI. Dan #2, the driver who took me to and from my workplace was a gem in the pleasantness and conversation department. Ashley in payments at the end of the day was a bright star at the end of our respective work days--she, too, explained everything about the final payment in detail with youthful articulation and kindness. Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis is indeed the way to go when your car is crying for attention of any kind. Thanks so much to all! More
