extremely disappointed after buying many vehicles I brought my 2018 Silverado in for an oil change and to check a check engine code that occurred a week earlier. The service adviser told me what the cost of oil change was and that they would also put a $99 dollar charge to read the code but wouldnt charge me if they didnt do any work. I was advised that there was a bad bank of injectors that they were recommending an $1100 replacement. disappointing on a truck 19 months old even though it has 67K miles. I said I did not want to replace now. However, I was still charged the $99 code charge which I was under the impression I would not be charged. I asked the Adviser and he said there was nothing they could do about the charge. I explained he was going to lose my business and all future purchases if they did not help. He said he couldnt. I asked him to go tell my sales rep Dave why I would not be purchasing anymore vehicles from the dealership. When I walked out to my truck I was thrilled to see my truck had not been washed either. Terrible service, you have lost a customer for good. More

Good service, long wait for parts I have a fairly new 2017 Malibu that needed a shifter harness replaced. They diagnosed it quickly but then took 2 weeks for the part to come in. I was told a few days so that was quite disappointing. Overall the service and follow up is much better than any other dealership I’ve dealt with. More
