Nick in the parts department was the one who, because of his pleasant manner over the phone and through email, was responsible for me first going to Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis, WI. Dan #2, the driver who took me to and from my workplace was a gem in the pleasantness and conversation department. Ashley in payments at the end of the day was a bright star at the end of our respective work days--she, too, explained everything about the final payment in detail with youthful articulation and kindness. Replaced engine They did a good job putting my engine in but because my service rep is my daughter they had to be influenced by my daughter to get it done. Got my Car on Friday 7/3/2015 try my a/c on Saturday didn't work told my service representative she made a appointment for me on Monday had it fixed. Heiser rocks I have always had nothing but positive feedback for all the work done on my car.
