What happened this time? I was very disappointed this time for oil change and tire rotation. I checked my tire pressure when I was about to leave the lot and it was 37 to 3 I was very disappointed this time for oil change and tire rotation. I checked my tire pressure when I was about to leave the lot and it was 37 to 38. I drove back to service and told them I wanted 35 PSI (Nitrogen), They said to have a seat in the waiting room and they would take care of it (a different service man). Shortly they told me it was done. I drove off and when I got back to Cudahy 16 miles away, I discovered they were still at 37 to 38. Now I have to go back and have the tires checked again. How stupid of me to think it wasn't even done. I'm not happy about this but still gave a good rating. More

I recently had some brake work done on my 2008 Avalanche. Shortly afterwords, I experienced some brake issues. I called Mike, he had the vehicle towed back to Heiser and they replaced a defective caliper. They also replaced a gas tank strap at no charge. Mike has a commitment to excellence, total customer satisfaction and consistently strives to exceed his customers service expectations. This is why I have been coming back to Heiser for 11-years. I brought my car in for oil change April 8th. I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my car in for oil change and no more than 20 hours later I blow a hose which they didn't see the day I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my car in for oil change and no more than 20 hours later I blow a hose which they didn't see the day before. I never had a problem with my car until the day after they did an oil change. I questioned it and a service manager said my technicians aren't certified to take hoses apart. I asked then how are they gonna fix it. It took them less than 4 minutes to find that hose that was bulging and broke. More

They offered to help me clean out the car, bring me a bottle of water etc. and they worked extra hard so I could take my shift knob with me as a keepsake. They made a very difficult experience tolerable and were reassuring that everything will work out for the best (which it has!). More

false promises, bad shuttle service, unorganized Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I needed to leave for work by 3:10pm, giving myself over 6 hours time for the repair. I told the service rep who was organizing the shuttle rides that I just needed to be back by 3, he assured me that was fine. 2:30 rolls along and I call them to see if we were on track in case I needed to arrange for a carpool with a coworker, again I was assured it would be fine and the driver would be leaving shortly. Received a call at 2:48 saying the driver was leaving in 2 minutes. Well, cutting it close here, I live 12 minutes from the service center, but I would be alright still. Once the driver got to my house at 3:05 I was told we needed to pick up another passenger. I told him I was gonna be late now and his reply was "Uh-Oh". That's it. Get to the service center at 3:46, received a "thank you for your patience" and my bill. Now I'm out a half hour pay, received an attendance point, and am ineligible for our quarterly perfect attendance bonus. I could have set up a carpool easily but didn't bother to because I was told I would get back in time, thanks a lot Heiser, great customer service. More
Rust under paint, paint peeling off. In Janurary (2013) they put a new quarter panel on my 2011 Silverado ( which I bought new there ) and painted it. Now the paint is peeling off by the right rear wheel well, there is rust under the paint. They told me that it wasn't due to poor workmanship, but I don't think it was prepped right. They also told me it could be from salt on the roads. I only have 37300 miles on the truck. I took it to another body shop for an estimate and they said it wasn't primed before being painted. I would recommend the dealership, they did my service work. I would not recommend the body shop because they don't stand behind their work. Now it's going to cost me another $300.00 to fix it. More
