Service I understand the reasons behind inspections but you always find things that supposedly need fixing. There were 3 people in the waiting area that brou I understand the reasons behind inspections but you always find things that supposedly need fixing. There were 3 people in the waiting area that brought their vehicle in for minor things (tires, oil change, etc) and was approached with additional repairs for thousands of dollars. I feel those additional repairs really are not necessary and your labor rates are jacked up way too high. I think you would sell more additional repairs if your rates were much lower. Needless to say, none of the 3 approved the additional work. More
